Lottie Bourne Voiceover
Hi there! I’m Lottie Bourne,
lovely to meet you!

You’re probably here to learn a little about me, so I’ll try to keep it short (I promise I’ll try!).

As an award-nominated voiceover artist, I’ve spent the past 5 years bringing words to life for brands both big and small, including Mini, the NHS, Samsung, and Morgan Stanley.

Working from my cosy home studio, I can easily connect with clients, lift the words off the pages, and create some high-quality audio magic.

When I’m not in the booth, you’ll likely find me immersed in dog videos, belting out Spice Girls hits, or tackling a 1000-piece puzzle.
A little about my voiceover journey...

My journey into voiceover began with my love for acting, which started at a young age. Performing and storytelling were my ways of communicating, especially when words didn’t always come easily. Growing up with dyslexia, reading and writing felt like a challenge at first, and speaking clearly took a bit longer for me. School wasn’t always smooth sailing, and I often found myself fumbling for the right words.

But I never saw dyslexia as a limitation, just something that pushed me to find different ways to express myself. One of my fondest memories is watching The Simpsons with my dad every night, Channel 4 at 6 pm. I loved the quirky, vibrant characters and the life brought into them by their voices. It amazed me to discover that people were behind those voices, and I knew then that this was what I wanted to do.

As I grew, I started playing with different voices, creating characters, and performing stories - first mimicking those I loved, and then making up my own. Over time, I learned to work with dyslexia, not against it, and it became part of what made me a better storyteller.
After a winding path - taking part in village pantos, studying Theatre at the University of Leeds, acting in short films, touring in Germany, and picking up the odd voiceover gig - I decided to fully embrace the world of voice acting. And I haven’t looked back since!

Oops, I said I’d keep it short… but thanks for sticking with me!
